sportspage: NFL owners approve rule changes. The owners voted to change the regular season overtime rules to align with the playoff rules. The owners also approved automatic instant replay on all turnovers. I like the rule changes, but this turnover rule will make the game even longer, just like reviewing all scoring plays did last year. I guess it’s better to get it right and extend the game a couple minutes.
